Welcome to the first Creative Sparks!

This month I’ve shared one of the time-blocking tools I’ve found to be effective in my practice. The Time Timer. I actually learned about it from Matt Ragland, a fellow Nashvillian who writes about bullet journal techniques. Ever since I decided to try having “time accountability” I stay more focused and get more of the top priority stuff done. I even use it to limit my social media time.

I hope you enjoy and next time my handmade “Ad” won’t be backward lol! Sigh. Cheers to the learning process :) and not taking ourselves too seriously.
